Tip of the Month (submitted by one of our members) - Need new Tips - submit some!

# 1 - Binding:  Instead of using pins to hold binding in place while doing the hand sewing, I use my kitchen chip clip.  Put it on a few inches ahead of where you are working and as you get closer simply slide it along in front of your stitches.  No more pricked fingers from pins. These clips come in many sizes, so you can choose one that is comfortable for you to work with.

# 2 - Needles and Pins stay sharp in a bar of soap.  Use it as a pin cushion - leave the wrap on it to keep the soap soft.  - Margaret Langlois
